Shipping Policy

We ship to most governorates and regions across Egypt.
Once your order is confirmed, we will deliver your items based on the following estimated delivery times:

• Chandeliers: Within 7 business days in Cairo and Giza
• Gifts & Jewelry: Within 3 business days

Return Policy

You may return most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of handing the item over to the shipping carrier, although in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time frame includes:

• Shipping transit time to our facility (5 to 10 business days)
• Return processing time at our warehouse (3 to 5 business days)
• Time taken by the bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days)

Note:

• Earrings and silver sets are non-returnable.
• In case of returning lighting products after installation, the customer will bear 5% of the order value (minimum 500 EGP) for dismantling, installation, and repack.
