Returns

At Asfour Crystal, we are committed to our customer satisfaction. For All products on our website, if you don't like it, you may return it within 14 days for a refund (in new, uninstalled condition and original packaging).
To request a return, contact us directly via email or customer service number and send us a copy of the invoice to arrange for return. Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected. The cost of the delivery / return shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.

EXCEPTIONS - We cannot accept returns of:

• Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
• Products that have been installed or assembled
• Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
• Products with unwrapped crystals
• Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
• Light Bulbs
• Large quantities of the same product (5 or more)

Before ordering large quantities or special order or custom products we encourage you to ask for as much information as you need - including drawings, finish samples etc.

Installation fees for chandeliers?
Installation fees for chandeliers differ according to the size and number of chandeliers needed as well as the preparation of the site, installation of lighting products In Upper Egypt governorates costs 5% of the bill value with a minimum of 500 Egp.

Are bulbs included in the lighting units?
No, all lighting units does not contain any bulbs, however Asfour Crystal provides a wide range of lighting bulbs that will match your needs

Warranty policy

Asfour Crystal, proudly stands behind the products we sell. For lighting units a minimum of Three -Years and up to 10 Years according to the product type, Warranty states that we will repair or, at our option, replace at no charge, your purchase if you discover any defect in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not cover defects, including breakage or malfunctions, caused by your mishandling or use of the product in ways other than specified by the manufacturer. Light bulbs included with product are not covered by this warranty. To obtain service for an item under warranty, please bring the product, your original invoice and the warranty certificate to Asfour Crystal, or contact our hotline 16218.
